Some nuggets of inspiration from the awardees and see how the night impacted the crowd
It was important to Raphael Saul for young people to be inspired by those setting examples and doing THE MOST in their respective industries. Those from right here in Barbados. The EMRG 2020 was more than a regular conference. It was a spirited experience of reflection and feel good-ness. 
The audience packed the room at Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre and was engaged with panel discussions, video presenations and featured address from Raphael himself and all the awardees, Zane Maloney, Victor White, Mahalia Cummins, Jeremy Stephen, Leah Marville, Rum & Koke, Rommel Hall, Shamelle Rice (repped by her husband), Firhanna Bulbulia, Kamille Martindale, Gabriel Abed, Trinity Clarke and Za-Nyah Bostic White. To show the night was nothing normal, the crowd was rocked by live entertainment from Izza Vybe, the St. Leonards Boys Choir and Dwain Gill.
