So to catch you up real quick… local producer Simon Pipe helped produced the song Banana with Conkarah featuring Shaggy. This Banana song had peeled it’s way up the UK Billboard charts to peak at number 25. This fun song loosely based off of the Caribbean classic Banana Boat Song, or Day-O as we know it, has given Simon the opportunity to travel over and away. Over the last week he has been jamming it up with Shaggy, partying to the song with wife Carlie Pipe, and this all climaxed with performing the song live in the Access Hollywood studio with Conkarah and Grammy award winning Shaggy. There is so much work Simon has been doing over the years in his yellow booth studio.
