In 2023 DemiYoga launched a mens only yoga class. The need to provide a space where men could take care of their bodies as well as their mental health was always high on my list of things to do, so bringing this class to our shores was really a big deal. Also seeing the need for more persons to just move their bodies and stretch, added a few more Stretch/flexibility classes which really caused clientele to grow!
